Marvelous review. Very good bibliography. It has the best chapter on clinical qEEG, that I've ever read. The only thing that is missing, is a chapter on mood disorders, which I just don't understand. Please make a new edition with updates and new chapters! I can help you guys, if you need me. Enjoy the vast information.
